1. Using the app
By downloading or using Cape Tourism+ you agree to these terms. Use the service lawfully and respectfully — no scraping, reverse engineering, or misuse of AI features.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
3. Bookings & partners
Tours, stays, transport, and experiences are provided by independent partners. Their own cancellation and refund terms apply, shown to you before you confirm.
4. AI recommendations
Our AI Concierge offers suggestions based on the info you share and public data. Always use your judgment — conditions, prices, and availability can change.
5. Content & intellectual property
The app, brand, and content are owned by Cape Tourism+. You keep ownership of the messages, photos, and reviews you share with us.
6. Liability
Cape Tourism+ is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from third-party partners or from following in-app suggestions.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
