- Approximate location, only when you enable location services.
- Messages you send to our contact form or AI Concierge.
- Basic device and usage data to keep the app reliable.
3. How we use your information
To personalize itineraries, deliver real-time recommendations, process bookings with partners, send you service messages, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Sharing with partners
When you book a tour, stay, or experience, we share only the details needed to fulfill that booking with the relevant partner. We work with verified local operators.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. You can also delete your account from within the app.
6. Data retention & security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit.
7. Children
Cape Tourism+ is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
